Clay Bomer

Chief Executive Officer / President

Clay Bomer serves as Chief Executive Officer and President of Dynasty Wireline Services, LLC.

Clay started his career with Halliburton in 1979 and held numerous open and cased hole positions.

He joined a segment of W-H Energy Services in 2003 as Sales Manager. Clay served as Vice President of Operations and Sales in 2004, then was promoted to President in 2005.

In 2008 W-H was acquired by Smith International. He was responsible for merging Enertech Wireline Services with Perf-O-Log in 2009. The name was then changed to E&P Wireline Services.

In 2010, Schlumberger acquired Smith International. Clay served as President of the integration for Schlumberger’s cased hole wireline business with Smith’s. The resulting cased hole wireline business was 210 wireline and skid units across North America and Canada. He managed E&P Wireline Services operations, sales, new technology, marketing, health safety-and-environmental management. In 2012, Clay was promoted to Vice President of Permian Basin and South Texas Regions managing all Schlumberger oilfield business segments.

Clay Co-Founded Dynasty Wireline Services in October of 2015.

Bill Polk

Chief Operating Officer / Executive Vice President of Operations

Bill Polk serves as Vice President of Operations for Dynasty Wireline Services, a position he has held since September 2015.

Starting his career in 1984 with Welex a Halliburton Company.

Between 1984 and 1986, he was an Open Hole and Cased Hole Equipment Operator, Specialty Services Operator and JFE servicing areas in North Texas, West Texas and New Mexico.

From 1987 to 2002 he was a Cased Hole GFE/EIC for Halliburton servicing areas in North Texas, West Texas, Arkansas and Oklahoma.

From 2002-2004 he was the District Manager for Halliburton in Jacksboro, Texas.

In 2004 he left Halliburton and joined a segment of W-H Energy Services in Bridgeport, Texas as the Technical Manager for the company.

He became the Vice President of Technical Services in 2005 and moved to Midland, Texas as the company name was changed to Enertech Wireline Services.

He became Senior Vice President in 2008 and part of the team involved in forming E&P Wireline Services when WH Energy Services sold to Smith International in 2008.

In 2010 Smith International sold to Schlumberger where Bill held several different management positions until he left E&P a Schlumberger Company in 2014.

Bill Co-Founded Dynasty Wireline Services in October of 2015.

Bill is a United States Marine Corps veteran.

Dave Chapple

Chief Technology Officer / Executive Vice President of Technical Services

Dave Chapple serves as Vice President of Technical Services for Dynasty Wireline Services, a position he has held since October 2015.

Dave started his career in 1985 with Gearhart Industries. Between 1985 and 1988, he was an Open and Cased Hole General Field Engineer in several areas in North America, including Oklahoma, Michigan, Northeast and West Texas.

In 1988 Gearhart was purchased by Halliburton. He continued to work for Halliburton until 2007. He has held several leadership positions in operations, sales and marketing, business and new technology development, during that time.

He joined Gray Wireline in 2007, He has held several Senior Leadership positions in operations, sales and Health-Safety-Environmental management.

He was part of Senior Management team involved in the sale of Gray Wireline to Seawell, a Norwegian Company, in 2010.

Seawell Energy Services transitioned into Archer Services in 2011.

He continued in Senior Leadership positions until 2015.

Dave Co-Founded Dynasty Wireline Services in October of 2015.

Dave graduated from the University of Missouri in 1984 with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering.
